What we keep, and why.

When you use the calculator, we store the figures you enter, your name, email, phone if you give one, the business name, and whether you said you are allowed to share those figures. If you request a consultation, we also store the timing and anything you write in the note.

We use that information to show your report, to reply if you ask for a conversation, and to understand which owners we can actually help. We do not sell it.

The estimate is illustrative. It is not an appraisal, and submitting the form does not create a client relationship. Paid work, if any, starts only when it is scoped in writing.
